Lactose Processing Plant – March 2021

CertusBio’s technology has been used to quantify the efficiency of lactose manufacture at a major New Zealand processing plant. The pilot study measured the current production efficiency and plans have been developed to increase performance. The estimated increased efficiency is likely to be worth >$1 million every year as well as generating significant environmental benefits.
